K20 - Automatic machine for pin-tumblers and master-key assembling

General Description This machine has been designed for the automatic assembling of pin-tumblers on cylinders and/or preassembled padlocks. The machine consists of one fixed working station where the operator position by hand the cylinder and/or padlock body and/or the only rotor body on a proper pallet. Key is manually positioned in the appropriate place making part of the bitting code reading unit. After the bitting code reading, a proper device sets up the pin-tumblers configurations and transfer them on the cylinder and/or padlock body. The following unit provides to insert the plates masterkey according to the preset logic. The machine is controlled by PLC and CN.
