K19 - Linear system for pin tumblers, drivers, springs and plungs assembling on cylinders and/or padlocks

General Description This is a linear and modular pallet system, which involves on the worked piece high productivity, high flexibility and a very low set-up time. As above it’s obtained by using one or more serie of pallets for each type and/or shape of cylinder and/or padlock. Working phase sequence is the following : - manual load of cylinder and key in every pallet - cylinder centering on pallet - automatic reading by means of an high accurate and repetitive system - feeding, preparation and introduction of pin-tumblers on the cylinder body and/or padlock - feeding, preparation and introduction of drivers on the cylinder body and/or padlock - feeding, preparation and introduction of springs on the cylinder body and/or padlock - key insertion on the cylinder with functional check of the cylinder and/or padlock - feeding, preparation and introduction of plugs on the cylinder body and/or padlock - pieces unloading with pieces separation between good pieces and recoverable and not scrap pieces.
