K26 ASSEMBLING MACHINE FOR DISC TUMBLERS AND HALF DISC TUMBLERS AND SPRINGS PRODUCT LAUNCH.

ACS CLEVERTECH after the positive market reactions during the last December Open House, is ready to selling the new model of assembling machine K26 for disc Tumblers and half disc Tumblers solutions.

This new machine allow to our customer to assembly the complete lockset with the complete assembling sequence of all rotors, getting a drastic reduction of the delivery time and a leaner production flow too.

Our machine can be equipped with the following units:

- Bar code reading unit or key code Reading unit.

- Broaching unit.

- Spring inserting unit First Side.

- Disc tumbler inserting unit First Side.

- Half Disc tumblers inserting unit.

- Spring inserting unit Second Side.

- Disc tumbler inserting unit Second Side.

- Unloading unit.

- Disc tumblers feeding unit in stick.
