K26 ASSEMBLING MACHINE FOR DISC TUMBLERS AND HALF DISC TUMBLERS AND SPRINGS MACHINE MARKET PRESENTATION FROM 4TH TO DECEMBER 7TH DECEMBER 2006.

ACS CLEVERTECH is proud to introduce into the market the new model of assembling machine K26 for disc Tumblers and half disc Tumblers solutions.

This machine special concept will allow to our customer especially for what concern the automotive market to assembly the complete lockset with the complete assembling sequence of all rotors. In this way you’ll have an easier production flow and a drastically reduction of your delivery time.

- Bar code reading unit or key code Reading unit.

- Broaching unit.

- Spring inserting unit First Side.

- Disc tumbler inserting unit First Side.

- Disc tumbler inserting unit Second Side.

- Unloading unit.

- Disc tumblers feeding unit in stick.
